Large BBQ for Health Care Reform! (Meeting)

Come join other health care reform supporters and Keynote Speaker Mayor RT Rybak for a large BBQ! We will be serving food, writing letters to our Members of Congress, having our blood pressure checked and continuing to bring visibility to the need for reform.

Bring your friends, family (kids please!) and neighbors. This will be an event not to be missed!

How much does it cost?
The event is free and open to everyone who wants to show their support for health care reform!

Should I bring something?
Sure! We have ordered lots of food, but as I’m sure you’ve seen, LOTS of people have signed-up online. Please feel free to bring something to share with the group.

What if it rains?
The Wabun Picnic area has a large overhang, so we will be having the event rain or shine!

Directions: The Wabun Picnic Area is in Minnehaha Park, but is located off 46th Ave S. If you arrive via Godfrey or E 46th St, go South on 46th Ave S. There are hundreds of parking spaces located by the picnic area, off 46th Ave S. We will also have lots of signs with directions. Please note: The Wabun Picnic Area is NOT by Sea Salt, but instead by the Veteran's Home. Kids? There is a pool area and playground right by the Picnic Area.
